Description: Who is our eLearning Manager?

Our eLearning Manager is a key position in the LaborEdge eLearning team. Our candidate is dedicated to building and maintaining the highest level of material quality in our digital learning products and services, (LaborEdge University and Agency-U™). LaborEdge eLearning adheres to adult learning principles, improving learner retention through experience, while reducing implementation and onboard time. Our eLearning Manager is a change agent, ready to adjust project timelines and responsibilities to meet our evolving needs.

Responsibilities: What will you do?

The eLearning Manager is responsible for the execution of strategy, production, and development of LaborEdge University and Agency-U™ content. Our candidate aligns content creation with our business goals, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s), as well as measures and reports on products and team deliverables. The eLearning Manager also drives all LaborEdge team members to adopt, influence, and promote a standard quality of excellence, ensuring the highest level of digital education services.

This role is the key stakeholder between our subject matter experts (SME’s) and our content developers, ensuring quality content is quickly and effectively developed and maintained.

• Content Creation: Responsible for interpretation of stakeholders and SME content priorities. Identify and apply learning strategies, to interpret content (through development) that is easily consumed in a micro-aligned environment.
• Content Development: Responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality learning content. This includes working with instructional designers, subject matter experts, content developers, graphic designers, and other LaborEdge team members creating engaging and effective eLearning courses.
• Professional or technical writing experience is a critical need. (All content writing aligns SME concepts with content developer deliverables.
• Project Management: Responsible for managing the eLearning project lifecycle. This is full production stack over multiple projects at the same time. Time to Productivity (TTP) is a critical measure in this position.
• Content Maintenance: Leads identification, prioritization, and maintenance of eLearning courses to ensure they match the current iterations of our products and services.
• Other responsibilities: Developing and implementing eLearning strategies, providing training and support to eLearning team members, and conducting research on eLearning best practices. Other duties are at the discretion of the Director of eLearning.

• Content Creation:-Research and write compelling emails, articles, blog posts, whitepapers, and other content related to healthcare trends, medical advancements, and industry insights.
  -Collaborate with subject matter experts, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.
• Subject Matter Expertise: -Develop a deep understanding of healthcare staffing industry trends, regulations, and advancements to serve as an expert resource for the content team.

• Audience Engagement:-Tailor content to different target audiences, including healthcare professionals, patients, and the public.
  -Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve online visibility.
• Editing and Proofreading: -Review and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to company guidelines.
  -Collaborate with the editorial team to uphold high-quality standards and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: -Work closely with product teams to align content with overall company goals and product releases.
  -Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to generate ideas and gather input for content creation.

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a writer, with a portfolio of published articles or content.
• Strong research skills and ability to interpret complex medical information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Experience working in the Healthcare Staffing Industry
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization.

The Software Trainer educates, engages, and empowers our clients to successfully adopt our software and to create a successful client experience. This role will act as a subject matter expert and will develop and implement training for our staffing agencies throughout the USA. We are looking for a team-oriented self-starter who desires to educate and share knowledge through training clients of our product at all levels.

Responsibilities: What will you do?

• Simply put, learn our products, and become a LaborEdge expert.
• The Trainer will work closely with the Implementation and Customer Success teams to help organizations understand the capabilities of our staffing software, from initial implementation and onboarding to ongoing training requested by our clients.
• Work with clients to create custom training strategy, tailored to their company needs.
• Conduct training on-site, virtually, or via webinars.
• Create training resource materials to accelerate product adoption.
• Maintain training resources to align with updates and enhancements.
• Occasionally assist the Support Team with handling Client inquiries and troubleshooting.

• An interest in technology of course! If you are tech savvy, this will be ideal for you.
• Nexus experience or software training experience.
• A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. A confident, engaging personality typically thrives in this type of role.
• Thrives in a collaborative team setting, yet able to work autonomously.
• Experience in learning content development.

• Experience putting the client and their support needs first.
• Healthcare experience or an understanding of healthcare/staffing terminology, as most of our clients are healthcare staffing companies.
