For the past five years, Nicole has led the client services team for LaborEdge. In this capacity, she builds and maintains positive relationships with clients. Based on her client interactions, she works with the LaborEdge product teams to advance the Nexus platform. Client services activities that report up to her include Implementation, Training, Account Management, and Support. Prior to joining LaborEdge, Nicole was a swim couch and a teacher. She has a Master’s degree in Education.

Shail’s primary focus is the shaping of LaborEdge’s corporate strategy and branding in order to leverage the company’s mindshare and market focus. He plays the role of a strategic anchor, responsible for establishing the LaborEdge brand for high-touch customers, while simultaneously delivering the model of excellence. Shail co-founded and successfully built Gradepoint, a learning solutions technology company that was a pioneer in the on-line learning space.

His past roles have included CIO at a private equity funded computing technology and services firm, a Principal at IBM running a national advanced technology practice and as a senior director at a large health system. Shail began his career at EDS working in advanced technologies including artificial intelligence, knowledge-based systems, and object technology.

Adam Conrad has over twenty years of professional experience in the recruiting/staffing industry. He began his career in the trenches as a recruiter and has held leadership roles in recruiting management, operations, and technology integrations.

Adam founded Great Recruiters to serve as a platform to create more transparency throughout the recruiting process and beyond and improve the overall experience of everyone involved. It is the only experience management platform designed for the recruitment industry to help firms capture, act-on, measure and promote real-time reviews and feedback on the people in your organization, the talent you place, and the end facilities.

He has always been an early adopter of technology to help streamline processes, enhance the candidate/client experiences, and increase transparency within an organization. He understands recruiting is a human-to-human experience and that delivering great experiences with candidates, clients and placed talent increases bottom-line results.

Pankaj is a staffing industry veteran and the co-founder of Sense, the first candidate engagement platform designed specifically for the Staffing Industry. Before founding Sense, Pankaj spent 15 years running staffing companies, becoming an expert on candidate experience, recruiter productivity, redeployment, and understanding the day-to-day problems faced by recruiters. Pankaj used this practitioner’s knowledge to create Sense, which can help transform the consultant-care paradigm for staffing companies.

Prior to founding Sense, Pankaj was the CEO of Akraya, President of Aditi Technologies and Aditi Staffing, and completed the Advanced Management Education Program from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He routinely speaks at Industry Conferences on candidate engagement, employer branding and increasing retention.

Scott Martindale, CEO and Founder of Republic Health Resources. Republic is a national provider of travel nurses, allied professions and Interim leadership based in Dallas Texas. Mr. Martindale has been involved in the recruiting industry for 20+ years, with a specific interest in pushing our industry towards more technology based solutions and cohesive integrations with multiple platforms. He has been married for 8 years and enjoys doing non-profit charity work and spending time with his 4 sons.

In March of 2019 John joined Next Move, Inc. - the best damn travel nurse staffing agency in the Midwest. He is an inspiring, passionate, nurturing leader and entrepreneur, and as President & CEO John spends most of his time creating Raving Fans. Next Move, Inc. provides staffing services exclusively to the healthcare industry. They place healthcare providers to travel, local, and permanent placement positions.
