These Terms of Use (“Terms”) explain the rules for using our app and services (“Service”). By signing up or using any of the LaborEdge Nexus family of services, you’re agreeing to these Terms.

1. Who Can Use LaborEdge services

You need to be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your region) to create an account. By using LaborEdge services, you promise you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

• You’re responsible for keeping your login details private.
• Anything that happens in your account is your responsibility.
• If you think someone else has gotten into your account, let us know right away.

3. Play Fair

LaborEdge must be safe and useful for everyone. Please don’t:

• Break the law or encourage others to do so.
• Upload viruses, harmful code, or spam.
• Try to hack, reverse-engineer, or mess with how our services works.
• Share or resell your account without our permission.
• Disrupt the Service or other people’s use of it.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Some parts of LaborEdge services require a paid subscription.
• Prices and billing terms will be shown when you sign up.
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
• If payments fail, we may pause or cancel your account.

5. Intellectual Property

• LaborEdge, and Nexus services, including our design, features, and content, belongs to LaborEdge
• You get a personal license to use the Service — not to copy, resell, or claim it as your own.
• Anything you upload or create in LaborEdge is yours. We just get the rights we need to store it, show it to you, and make the Service work.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information. By using LaborEdge services, you agree to it.

7. Ending Your Account

• You can stop using LaborEdge services anytime by closing your account.
• We can suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or put our Service or other users at risk.

8. No Guarantees

We work hard to make LaborEdge services reliable, but we can’t promise:

• The Service will always be 100% error-free.
• That data will never be lost. (We recommend keeping backups!)

You use LaborEdge services at your own risk.

9. Our Liability

If something goes wrong, our responsibility to you is limited. We’re not liable for things like lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages. The most we’d ever owe you is what you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Updates to These Terms

Sometimes we’ll update these Terms. If we make big changes, we’ll post them here and update the date at the top. If you keep using LaborEdge services after changes, that means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Oakland County, Michigan.
